Book your holiday break in an Old Court Cottage...

The house is situated in the grounds of a 16th Century Country Manor House in the village of Gulval, Cornwall. The village itself is between St. Ives and Penzance, approximately a mile and a half away from the nearest beach and the historic and beautiful St. Michael's Mount. For those of you who do not know the area, St. Ives is one of the most beautiful towns in Cornwall and typically Cornish with its narrow cobbled streets, washed stone cottages, coves and beaches. Penzance is a mixture of a working port and holiday town with many restaurants, pubs and shops. Within easy reach are the towns of Redruth, Truro (the county town of Cornwall) and Newquay, the famous surfing resort and also Bodmin Moor.

Layout, Amenities & Access

The house itself, which was built in 1987, sleeps 4/5 people. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a toilet and shower. Downstairs is open plan with a lounge (with double bed-settee) kitchen and dining area. There is a TV and DVD in the lounge and the kitchen is equipped with a traditional cooker, microwave oven, fridge-freezer and toaster. We take pride in maintaining our own house to a high standard. You can use the property from 4:00 pm onwards on the day of arrival and must leave by 10:00 am on the day of departure. The property has it's own car parking space right outside.
